As evangelism is an integral part of both training and mercy ministry. Our base work for the goal of seeking and saving what was Lost.

A year that marks fifty years since 'Youth With A Mission' began. But the vision of waves of young people washing up on the shores of the world and moving inland predates 1960.
We are told in Galatians 4:4 - "When the time had fully come..." Times have siginificance. Faithful man's waiting for the promised Messiah was over. Our Heavenly Father sent His only Son in accordance with his word - 'when the time had fully come' when conditions had developed to a particular point.
The Year 1960: Loren tried to make sense of God's leadings that he'd been laying up in his mind. He decided to travel around the world. It was the awfulness of man's condition with God, experienced at the funeral pyre of an Indian teenager killed in a knife near his hotel, which penetrated his soul. Listening to the hopeless wailing of the family who'd lost their child smelling the burning flesh as the boy it was cremated. Loren was impressed with the great urgency for the Gospel to be preached.
When Loren returned, his friends sensed his detachment and enquired of him what was going on. It was then that Loren spoke out what was upon his heart. He gave expression to his yearning to bring a challenge to youth that could be channeled to mission, a challenge of rugged evangelism - not sight seeing. A challenge not to just one denomination but to the whole church because 'There's so much you can do to make a difference out there.' Loren's burden of youth raised up and released to carry the gospel became burden shared. When they heard Loren explain his vision their response was "Let's do it!"
A small beginning but timely and after 50 years with enormous repercussions.

We are the Ajahs! We’ve just got married last May 1, 2010. My name is ‘Chohu‘ Audu Ahmadu Ajah, born on July 1, 1979 from Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria and my wife Carol Antonio Ajah from Northern Philippines. We do challenge the youth to step out and preach the gospel. I'm presently serving in YWAM Antipolo Training Center (ATC) Philippines as a staff, and also been a student of School of Worship (SOW). As a part of the worship school, we’ve been going out to sing and preach in the markets, going for church seminars, walking while praying around the city. I love God, and I want to keep making Him known by preaching and teaching His word.
My wife Carol loves worshipping the Lord and leading others to worship God. She has been a part of the team that reaches out to the remote villages in and out of the country. Her heart is to see people come to know Jesus and worship Him alone. More passion for God has led her to start teaching in YWAM DTSes and in worship seminars. She wants to continue to know God, to trust Him and to obey his call in reaching out the lost to glorify God.

"Thank you for reminding me about Jesus."These are the words from Regine Joy, a 13-year old high school student that now attends the weekly Bible study that we host at Mayamot High School. Regine Joy recently lost her father and said, "For many years, I had forgotten about Jesus, but when [your group] came to our campus, you reminded us who He is in my heart & in my life." She hopes to one day become an airline stewardess. The High School Campus Ministry's vision is to train young people through discipleship & help them to discover their God-given purpose in life."
